Royal Animal Refuge is operated by volunteers and funded by donations. Royal Animal Refuge has a 501(c)(3) status.

I have read the above information carefully and have filled out this application honestly. I understand that omission of information and/or failure to answer all questions and sign the application can result in this application being declined.

If the pet cannot be kept by the Foster Family, the Foster Family shall notify Royal Animal Refuge immediately. The pet SHALL NOT BE SOLD, ABANDONED, RELINQUISHED TO A SHELTER OR POUND OR ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF ROYAL ANIMAL REFUGE.

I grant Royal Animal Refuge full permission to verify the information provided as well as contact veterinarians and other references. If the application passes the review, I agree to a home and yard visit on a mutually agreed date by a Royal Animal Refuge volunteer before a decision is made.

THE FOSTER FAMILY DOES HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS ROYAL ANIMAL REFUGE, INC. AND ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION CHARGED OR CHARGEABLE WITH LIABILITY TOGETHER WITH THEIR HEIRS, ADMINISTRATORS, EXECUTORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, COSTS, EXPENSES, LOSS OF SERVICES, ACTIONS OR CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, BELONGING TO THE FOSTER FAMILY DUE TO ANY ACTION OR OCCURRENCE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOSTERING OF A PET FOR ROYAL ANIMAL REFUGE.
