Mobile Services

By subscribing to the Royal Animal Refuge mobile alerts, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry on pet adoption, pet fostering, volunteering, donation and/or pet welfare.  There is no fee charged by Royal Animal Refuge for text messages we send you.  However, message and data rates may apply.

Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time.  Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your mobile services provider may interfere with message delivery, including your equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather.  Mobile services providers do not guarantee message delivery and will not be held liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Royal Animal Refuge is also not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS message as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.

SMS Registration

No mobile information will be shared or collected with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. To opt out of future communications, text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.

REFUND POLICY FOR PET ADOPTION

At Royal Animal Refuge, our goal is to place pets in loving, forever homes. Adoption fees help cover the cost of veterinary care, food, shelter, and other essential needs for our rescued animals. Adoption fees are non-refundable.

Returning a Pet

If you are unable to keep your adopted pet, we request that you care for them until a suitable foster home or new adopter becomes available. If this is not possible, you must contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return. Please note that adoption fees are non-refundable for returned pets.

REFUND POLICY FOR PET SUPPLIES

At Royal Animal Refuge, we strive to provide high-quality pet supplies to support pet owners and adopters. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and refunds for pet supplies under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements due to health and safety regulations.
  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved tags, embroidered pet accessories).
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Damaged or worn items that are not due to a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

GOVERNING LAW

The Royal Animal Refuge Sites are published in the United States. We attempt to protect the Personal Information of all users of our Sites and we attempt to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to the Royal Animal Refuge services, but our family of Sites are located and targeted to United States citizens and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws.  If you are uncertain whether this privacy policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to Royal Animal Refuge.
